Just because it says vegan, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try it. This recipe has been tried and tested by my family and friends (and they are not even vegans! – or health conscious folks). If you ever wish to have something light, tasty and at the same time curb your sweet-tooth, this recipe will not disappoint you!
This recipe is easy and really not that hard to mess up. My first experiment wasn’t much of a disaster. All you need is a mighty and powerful food processor (a blender can also work).
- 1 cup of pitted dates
- 1 cup of hazelnuts (almonds or walnuts can also work)
- 1 cup of cashew nut (soaked overnight) *
